It is a control board which used inside ONAIR brand FM transmitters and amplifiers.

It has CVS10/CVS12 current and voltage sampling board connector, LCD display, LEDs and Buttons connector for DK10, Jtag firmware upgrade connector, IO10, IO14, DDS14 connectors (2x8, 2x13 box header).

It has built-in DAC and Op-Amp with adjustable gain to obtain 0-11V Driving Control Voltage. A remote on/off pin helps Amplifier Power Supply unit becoming on and off.

It has ADC input connector for Forward power, Reflected power, Amplifier Module 1&2&3&4 Power, Input power, heatsink temperature. It also measures  Amplifier Voltage and Driving Control Voltage,

By means of measurements available protections: VSWR, Over Temperature, Over Amplifier Voltage, Over Driving Control Voltage, Over Current, Unbalance.

With the connection of LCD display (4x20 char LCD with 5V supply) all parameters can be monitored and controlled.

Remote Control Unit (Raspberry Pi) allows user to control device remotely over IP based web server and cloud (osc.onair.com.tr) over Uart. Remote Control Unit also capable of update the firmware of CM20.

With the help of software based calibration menu which is on LCD menu and web server, it can be calibrated for all kind of transmitters: (FWD, REF, Amplifier Module 1&2&3&4, Input Power )

Built-in RTC module store the real-time so Events are recorded with real-time -- Necessary to put 3V battery on board. These events are sent to cloud so in case of alarm or event user will be notified with e-mail if user registered to osc.onair.com.tr.

It has on board Humidity and Room Temperature sensor.

Available serial interfaces: UART, RS232, RS485, I2C.

Integrated control system of redundancy offers n+1 change-over system. With help of RS485 transmitters communicate and in case of failure at a transmitter, redundant transmitter switches roles with faulty transmitter. System establishment should be done over IO10 or IO14 via DB9 coaxial switch connector and 2xDB9 RS485 connectors.
